Less than one year in office and the Obama juggernaught has rolled through the United States. Leaving in its wake a trail of corruption, destruction and downright dangerous violations of citizens civil rights. There was a committee formed to close auto dealerships in the U. S., with no accountability or oversight, they seized private property without any legal procedings. Confiscated private property, withheld civil court rights from the victims and placed gag orders on them. There was a slight whimper from one supreme court justice, the most liberal one at that, otherwise the silence was deafening.
If somehow the Demoncrats lose the majority in the house, does anyone think the reppublicans would dare investigate this matter. I really don't think there is a snowballs chance in hell, because the republicans are too dirty and intrenched in D.C corruption. You better beleive the Obama administration has the dirt on them.
There should be an investigation, trial and lots of people going too prison for violation of the civil rights of U. S. citizens. The chances of this are slim, but it is necessary to do so. Follow this all the way to the root. Prosecution in this case is a must to maintain law and order in this country. Find out who ordered this, i will speculate it goes at least to the presidents advisors and chief of staff if not obama himself.

CONGRESSIONAL PERKS (THE BIG SECRET)
The more i find out about what they are doing in washington, the more disgusted I become. There may be 3 good representatives from the Houston, Texas area, maybe 20 in all of congress, the rest are stealing as much as they can stuff in their pockets and they are stealing from us!!!! Pensions, health care insurance with a choice of 12 national and 200 regional plans, a private congressional health clinic using military doctors and specialists for $500 a year, family included, while they tell veterans to do without. Living expenses paid for 'tax free", office budgets to pay for their meals and expenses, free gas in parking garage, pension at age 50 with no penalty, reserved floor in military hospital just for congressional scum and their families. I have more....and EXEMPTING THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES FROM DEATH CARE BILL!!! These are just a "few" perks that i could verify through the news reports or the reps spilling the beans (one at a time) in interviews. And they get all of this for a 2 1/2 day work week!
I have called and emailed many reps for a list of perks congress gets. I got a web site address from one of senator john cornyns staff http://www.opensecrets.org/ otherwise all i can hear is crickets chirping and no answers..they are pulling off a giant scam...they passed a law prohibiting the keeping of campaign funds, but they are allowed to give them to another politician!!!! now you know how they can blackmail each other into voting the wrong way, besides the sex and drug orgies the democrats have pictures of.....scum. How many perverted sex scandals have the press reported on?
I dare any member of congress to refute these claims! If you do, bring a complete list of all perks, tax exemptions and money congress receives...perverts! Ask your rep if they can give you a list of their perks! I have a start to a solution, see Congressional Rules Act of 2009 previously written in this blog. Ask your rep if they will go for it, i have had several new candidates agree with it.

CONGRESSIONAL RULES ACT OF 2010
It is time to bring the congress back to reality. We need candidates to introduce a bill to take away the ability to receive health care and pensions through the federal employees health care system. We need to restrict congress FOR THE WORKING CITIZENS OF THE 50 STATES.
1. Congress shall not be exempted from any law, except for national security!
2. Congressional members shall not receive any tax exemptions!
3. Congressional members making laws favoring or compensating foreign governments, corporations or non-citizens over the “citizens of the 50 states and territories” shall be guilty of treason, fraud and theft and prosecuted under each offense. This shall include treaties as directed by our constitution!
4. They should be required to purchase health insurance if they desire it, as if they were a “citizen” in a state, “working” for a living and “not” part of a group policy.
5. The candidates should not be allowed to join or belong to the federal employees pension program. They should be required to start an IRA or self contributing retirement program as any individual “citizen” in a state, “working” for a living and “not” part of a group retirement program is allowed to do.
6. They should not be allowed to keep any campaign contributions after the election, they shall have it confiscated by the U.S. Treasury to pay the deficit they have created and campaign donations shall be used specifically for “campaign expenses within their district”.
7. Campaign donations cannot be given or promised until 60 days before any primary election and only until the day before the general election. No donations shall be given, promised or transmitted on any federal property or electronic equipment paid for by tax money.
8. Travel expenses shall be to and from Washington D. C. to their district and 1 ticket a month shall be paid for with the campaign donations confiscated after the election.
9. Congress shall receive their pay in cash weekly, and given a 1099 form at the end of the year. They shall be required to pay matching social security and all applicable taxes as if they were a sole proprietorship business or individual.
10. Congressional members shall be audited in public by the IRS each year and for a period of 5 years after leaving office.
These are just a few ideas, if anyone is interested in forming a committee or group to pursue this let me know.
We have to do something if it is not too late already.

GOLD IN SACKS (goldman sachs)
The short version of the story is Goldman Sachs put together subprime mortgage derivatives, falsified value and risk to AIG, falsified value and risk to investors, then bailout money went to goldman sachs directly, and indirectly through AIG bailout. Then to top it off, gave employees money for thier bad retirement and investment accounts.

None of the other big banks, however, had the chutzpah to short the very market in junk they'd given birth to - not yet, at least. And few banks seem to have created bonds quite as toxic as Goldman did.

Professor Greenberger goes on to explain that what AIG did was to take the losing side of bets. They took the bet saying that the liars who applied for the liar loans would pay off the loans. Why would they do that? Would you take a bet on a liar loan? The why becomes an especially critical question when you know what AIG did to torpedo the American economy in the 1990's. It appears to this writer that AIG was intentional set up to self-destruct.
Their counterparty on a significant percentage of the bets was Goldman Sachs. We don't know whether Goldman owned the actual mortgage securities or the derivatives - the synthetic securities. My bet would be the latter.

The CDOs were guaranteed with credit default swaps sold by ACA Capital, a bond insurer that begin to collapse in December 2008. ACA was an early sign of things to come with AIG. But back when Goldman sold the CDOs to CIBC, the deal looked solid enough.
When tiny ACA collapsed, however, the guarantees were worthless and the value of the CDOs quickly plummeted. An embarrassed CIBC, which has never said how it came to possess the CDOs, took an initial $2.3 billion write-down and since has taken additional write-downs.
From Goldman’s perspective, the firm, since it clearly harbored doubts about the securities, did the shrewd thing by finding a buyer for them. So Goldman delivered a Trojan horse to CIBC — a firm with a troubled history in investment banking.

That is, they got paid twice - once with their hedge...and again by the government fiat, directed by Henry Paulson who coincidentally used to run Goldman."

Why the Urgency?
So much is happening so fast, in this new administration, there is no way to keep track of it, and there you have the plan. One thing is for sure, if past history is an indicator, the next election will not undo anything that is currently being thrust upon us. The democrats know whatever they achieve now will stay, no matter what the republicans promise or say they will do. That is why the republicans are in the position they are now. Having the chance to undo so many other liberal socialist programs from previous years of demoncratic trickery and deceit, and failing to do so. So where do we go from here? Re-elect the same players in the silly show we call congress or put out a call for new blood with new ideas and possibly a backbone thrown in for good measure. If the republicans want a chance at ever getting control of the congress back, they will have to reverse the massive blow dealt to America by the liberals, NOT just slow down the march to communism. Otherwise, why elect them? Unless I hear this as the new program of the republicans, I don't know if I will ever give them a vote again. They will have to forget about being nice and bi-partisan. That is a load of pelosi and we know it. If we hope to get citizen representation back to the citizens, [b]we have to take the money away from the politicians and watch the liberals fade out of politics. THE ENEMY WITHIN, WE THE PEOPLE
Has anyone noticed the democrats see the citizens of the states as the enemy within. We are now the enemy of the Oboma regime - trying to disarm the states citizens, tax cheats in all appointed positions, making a list of all that oppose them as extremist’s, apologizing to the terrorists for our behavior, no limit to spending and dumping it on the backs of the american tax payer, misuse of government property (a.f. 1 and whitehouse), protection of child molesters but not veterans, taking away benefits of veterans, and upcoming 500% tax increase on the states citizens and workers(and yes, this will happen), and it was the same with Clinton debacle, can you say -FBI files, travel office, rose law records, craig livingstone, vince foster, waco, ellion gonzales, illegal campaign contributions, trying to disarm the states citizens, nevermind airctraft being shot down in u.s. by terrorist’s - the enemy was here, (we the People)
